Purnima Exports is manufacturing Long 3 tier tulle petticoats with ruffle edge on hem. Elasticated with Satin Waistband and the netting section begins 5.5 pouces vers le bas. It’s very stretchy. There are 2 layer in each tier. It’s double layered for fullness. We are using one of the best quality bridal tulle in our skirts so that it fit’s under 50’s Styled dresses. La jupe est réglable à la taille, et peut être réduite. It has a button on the elastic waistband for adjustment.
